SECURITY AND PRIVACY AGREEMENT FOR 0Grief
This AGREEMENT is subject ONLY to 0Grief LEGAL USER AGREEMENT.
0Grief respects and protects the privacy and security of every individual or legal entity that it deals with.
0Grief Inc. will:

1. Only collect personal data in order to better serve its customers. It will do so by, but is not limited to, offering special offers and discounts; products that are suitable for its customers, and provide other services that are suitable for its customers.
2. Protect identifiable personal information including, but not limited to, credit card information, addresses, phone numbers, and email addresses with proper, industry-proven computer and business security & encryption methods and software; secured internet transaction methods; and appropriate software and hardware.
THAT BEING SAID, 0Grief CANNOT ACCEPT ANY LIABILITY WHATSOEVER THAT ARISES FROM THIRD PARTY SECURITY AND PRIVACY BREACHES AND YOU AGREE TO THIS LIMITATION OF LIABILITY VOLUNTARILY.
0Grief will NOT:
3. Sell, share, trade, refer or permit use of your personal data and information with any third party unless we first receive your consent, permission or request (asking 0Grief to do so).
4. Attempt to solicit more information then it requires to serve you better.
5. Release any personal information unless required or permitted by law to do so.

0Grief website may contain external links to third party websites. These links are provided for convenience and advertising purposes only. 0Grief is not responsible for the privacy practices of these third parties.
7. EMAIL
Email over the Internet is not secure. Email privacy cannot and will not be assured or guaranteed. Email and its contents are subject to the users own risk. 0Grief will not assure privacy through email use and, accordingly, cannot assume any responsibility for harm or damages that occur or that are experienced through the use of email by yourself or by 0Grief when replying to your email.
8. PERSONAL INFORMATION PRIVACY PRINCIPLES
Principle 1 - Accountability
0Grief is responsible for personal information under its control and 0Grief designates Ian Cole (our Privacy Officer) as the individual accountable for the company's compliance with the principles listed in this policy.
Principle 2 - Identifying Purposes for the Collection of Personal Information
0Grief shall identify the purposes for which personal information is collected at or before the time the information is collected.
Principle 3 - Obtaining Consent for Collection, Use or Disclosure of Personal Information

We shall protect personal Information by security safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information.

Principle 9 - Customer Access to Personal Information
We shall inform any interested person of the existence, use, and disclosure of his or her personal information upon written request and shall give the individual access, when and where appropriate, to that information. Any individual shall be able to provide evidence and challenge the accuracy and completeness of his or her own information and have it amended or corrected where appropriate.
Principle 10 - Challenging Compliance
Any of our customers shall be able to address a challenge concerning compliance with the above principles to our Privacy Officer accountable for our compliance with this policy.
