The host I use is IMPECCIABLE luxury box seat I must add! As a busy aware biz owner, I rely on others for many things. This guy seems to be the three or four people I needed in my office all wrapped up into one. And supportive to boot!

I am in the hospitality industry and have a strong taste for customer service and guest satisfaction. I must say ....personally, I have never had "tech" customer service like this before, EVER...... hands down anywhere.
Even in the fortune 500 companies I have succeeded at.
He even has worked off the clock for me. And provides everything I need to know before I need to know it. I believe that is called anticipating my needs. (Wow... That just occurred to me. )
Right now, I am really excited because we are now moving into developing a video library for our company to sell.
